What you submit

When you paste Terms and Conditions text into the analyzer, that text is sent to Termcon's AI model to generate your analysis. Termcon does not store the agreements you submit in its database, and they are not displayed to other users.

Usage data

Termcon tracks basic usage metrics, such as the number of analyses performed, to understand how the tool is used and to display an aggregate document counter. This data is not linked to your identity.

Contact messages

If you use the contact form, the name, email, and message you provide are sent to Termcon so we can respond. We do not use this information for marketing.

Third parties

Termcon relies on its hosting and AI model providers to operate. These providers process data as needed to deliver the service. Termcon does not sell your information.
